Ok my apologies I thought I had downloaded the right photos of my profiteroles for my last post but obviously not!! So here goes again - I am downloading 2 photos - one of the profiteroles already stuffed with ice cream but without the chocolate sauce and the other with the choc sauce. Oh by the way the finger pointing to the profiteroles belongs to Tina!! Oh today on AFC my favourite channel ofcourse, I saw an ingenious way of mixing the eggs into the flour mixture-using a cake mixer!! Why bother with all the elbow grease when we have these contraptions! Anyway it is always a joy to see your finished products after toiling in the kitchen.
